EMS Design of Equipment Monitoring and Management Information System for Large Airport Cargo Station

Aiming at the scheduling optimization problem of complete sets of equipment and system engineering of large airport cargo storage, the equipment monitoring and management information system (EMS) of large airport cargo station was designed. The system integrates online automatic control function, ETV or Stacker collaborative scheduling control function, location management function, inventory control function, information security management function, departure flight peak assessment and early warning function and other auxiliary functions. The scheduling optimization algorithm is embedded in EMS as a specialized function kernel and the generation of scheduling plan is divided into three steps: first of all, the task set information is obtained by inputting the information into the system by manual or RFID equipment; secondly, the optimal scheduling plan is calculated according to the current location information, import and export information and equipment status information; after the plan is generated, the PLC instructions are generated through ECS conversion, the plan is distributed to the execution equipment through the ECS network and finally the equipment completes the planned tasks. After testing, the system can meet the requirements of large airport cargo storage equipment and system engineering scheduling optimization and improve the level of large airport scheduling management. The necessity and effectiveness of the system were verified by the actual operation test of Guangzhou New Baiyun airport cargo station project.
