A Novel High Gain Magnetically Coupled Impedance Source Inverter With Coupled Inductor Voltage Multiplier Cell

The II-source inverter reduces the dependence of the inverter on the straight-through duty cycle and avoids the occurrence of the limit duty cycle by introducing the coupled inductor ratio of three windings on the basis of the traditional Z-source inverter. However, in order to achieve high voltage boost of Π-source inverter, large coupled inductor ratio is easy to cause excessive leakage inductance. The voltage is raised by embedding coupled inductor voltage multiplier cell and an additional coefficient n is added to realize three-degree-of-freedom adjustment. Combined with the clamping structure, the leakage inductance energy is absorbed. In this paper, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by MATLAB simulation.
