Application for creating and automated control of assignments in real and emulated network environment

The aim of this work was to create an application that would allow users to create and check the configuration in real and emulated network devices. This would make it easier for users to work with different network topologies where they would otherwise have to manually check each configuration. Users have the option to check any number of devices at the same time using protocols Telnet or SSH. If they want to check only one device, they can paste the configuration into the application manually by copying it in text form. Users can create various sample configurations according to which the devices will be checked. In addition to commands assigned to individual devices, it can also check the connectivity between the user’s and other device or between two different devices, save an evaluation report into user’s device, send an evaluation to a server, or request a name from the user. Thanks to the added functionalities, the application has many uses in school environment for exercises or exams with limited number of devices per user to work with, in competitions or for independent work.
