A SDN Timing Adaptation Control Method Based on Cloud Platform

In the process of SDN network update, the timing mismatch is easy to lead to the inconsistency of control logic. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved SDN controller solution based on cloud platform. Through the formal description and modeling of the distribution process of flow table items, we perform the consistency check of the transmission path between nodes to find an optimal path. Then, by designing the switch classification scheme and optimizing the update order, the classification set is updated in order. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can keep the update time basically the same, and effectively reduce the control load by about 30% compared with traditional strategies.
