Design of Potted Automatic Irrigation Intelligent Control System Based on MCU

With the further development of China’s society and economy, modern people are not only satisfied with adequate food and clothing, but also spiritual satisfaction has become an indispensable part of people’s busy life, and potted plants have become the necessities of life adjustment for some people. In a developed economy, people’s pace of life is getting faster and faster, it is easy to forget watering, and go out frequently, the family often has no one to water potted plants for several days, so potted watering has become a big problem. In order to solve this problem, a set of automatic irrigation control system is designed in this paper. In this system, the STC89C516 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip of the whole system, and the soil moisture detection module of TRSD is used to collect the soil moisture in real time. The sensor can adjust the control threshold, compare the collected data with the set threshold, control the start and stop of the water pump motor, and realize the function of automatic watering of potted plants. The system also includes a digital clock displayed by LCD. The control system effectively solves the watering and irrigation of all kinds of flowers and plants without artificial care, and can carry out timely and diversified irrigation as far as possible, so as to facilitate the healthy growth of flowers and plants under suitable soil and water conditions.
