Linear Complex Planar Splines in Wi-Fi/Indoor Positioning Problems

The problem of improving the accuracy of local user positioning in a Wi-Fi/Indoor network is considered. Fingerprinting has been found - most accurate positioning method among known positioning methods. A new modified method based on the Fingerprinting method and the finite element method using linear complex planar splines is proposed. An example of finding the values of the user positioning error in the Wi-Fi/Indoor network is shown. The proposed method improves the accuracy of user positioning based on AP equipment in the Wi-Fi/Indoor network, thus allowing the provision of LBS-oriented services to users.
