Acceleration Test of Amusement Facilities Based on Sensing Equipment

Based on many years of experience in the large-scale amusement equipment industry and the application of safety regulations, this article has carried out a detailed study and discussion on the realization method of the virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS to measure the human body acceleration and how to carry out the inertial G acceleration conversion after the measurement. The working principle of the wireless acceleration sensor measurement system is introduced. The acceleration analysis and discrimination software is developed based on GB8408-2008, and the acceleration test, analysis and discrimination engineering application of a roller coaster is carried out. The actual measurement results show that the method described in the article is correct and reliable, and can replace physical testing and increase the acceleration of the human body of amusement equipment by 7.3%.
