Research on Optimal Configuration Method of Devices for Integrated PV Storage and Charging Station

Electric vehicles play a huge role in promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. However, when large-scale electric vehicles are connected to the grid, the charging load brings a short-term load impact to the grid, which affects the safe operation of the grid. The integrated PV storage and charging station utilizes PV and energy storage to balance the charging load of electric vehicles in order to reduce the impact. Aiming at the planning demand of the integrated PV storage and charging station, PV and energy storage model based on life prediction is established. The objective is to maximize the net income of the station, and the constraints are the devices operation and power balance constraints. Base on the objective and constraints, this paper put forward an optimal configuration model for integrated PV storage and charging station devices. The model is solved by genetic algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a study case.
