Intervention of Football Players' Training Effect Based on Machine Learning

Football is a competitive sport that combines sports and technology. However, due to the physical fitness, technical level and psychological factors of modern football players, there is a certain gap compared with advanced international players. Therefore, it is necessary for the coaches to continuously improve the training methods to improve their comprehensive ability level. This article mainly uses the experimental method and the control method to study the intervention of football players' training effect. The results of the experiment showed that the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and they had a difference of 0.35 in the time taken to shoot around the shot. Therefore, football players after training have stronger explosive power.
