Three-Dimension Visualization of Environmental Scalar Data Based on GeoSOT-3D Grids

Given the rich data types and large data volume of environmental scalar data, a three-dimensional environment visualization system based on GeoSOT-3D subdivision grids is proposed. A complete set of data services based on the ClickHouse database and gRPC framework was built as backstage support to manage and transmit the queried environment data. At the same time, the three-dimensional visualization of the environmental field on a virtual earth is achieved by using the ray casting method. This work provides a technical route to efficiently organize and rapidly display environmental data of various granularity on a global scale, laying a foundation for further spatial analysis of environmental field.
