Research on Lean Improvement of Liquid Cooling Product Line

This paper is mainly based on the research of liquid cooling product line in XX, and selects the bottleneck process and inspection in the production process of rack X as the object of research for improvement. At present, the bottleneck process of the production line has four processes, including welding, CNC milling, fitter punching, and fitter assembly, accounting for 72.7% of the total production time. This article looks for and analyzes the reasons for the longer working hours of the bottleneck process and inspection, and shortens the process time by improving the operating tools, the improvement of the station layout and the improvement of the operation method. The bottleneck process after the improvement takes less than 50% of the time before the improvement, which shortens the production cycle, and improves production efficiency by improving the quality.
