Analysis of Impact-resistant Design for Ship-borne Rigid Installed Electronic Equipment

The anti-impact capability of the rigidly mounted radar antenna on the ship-borne is an important factor to determine the ship’s viability and battle effectiveness. The force model of a rigidly mounted radar antenna on ship-borne under impact load is simplified to a basic excitation multi-degree-of-freedom system, and the system response can be expressed a convolution integral of the unit pulse response and the excitation load. The unit pulse response function contains all the dynamic characteristic parameters of the system. By studying the dynamic characteristics of the frequency response function in the frequency domain, the impact response characteristics of the rigidly mounted antenna on the ship-borne are analyzed. The results show that when the weight of the antenna skeleton and the impact load acting on the antenna skeleton are certain, the impact load on the sub array first increases, then decreases, and finally tends to a fixed value as the stiffness of the antenna skeleton increases from small to large. The mass loaded on the antenna skeleton increases, which gradually affects the impact load input and reduces the input. In addition, when the antenna skeleton is close to the natural frequency of the sub-array, the response is the largest. When the impact load on the sub-array tends to a fixed value, the corresponding antenna skeleton stiffness is the best design point of the antenna skeleton stiffness. In the low frequency band, the impact load on the sub-array increases with the increase of the stiffness of the antenna skeleton and decreases with the increase of the sub-array mass. In the high frequency band, the impact load on the sub-array is independent of the stiffness of the antenna skeleton.
