Research on the Structure Compensation Technology of Multiple Parallel Mechanisms for Large Antenna Array

The radar antenna is developing in the direction of high precision, high gain and large aperture. It puts forward higher requirements for the flatness and attitude of antenna array. For the large antenna arrays, due to the limitation of processing equipment, assembly accuracy and load deformation, the flatness and attitude of antenna array are difficult to meet the requirements of electrical performance. This paper presents a new type of multi parallel adjustment structural compensation technology. The technology combines the antenna with the 6-DOF parallel mechanism platform. An antenna array precision control system based on multi parallel mechanism is developed. Through the verification of the experimental prototype, the antenna array can be controlled with high precision, and the flatness and attitude of the antenna array can be adjusted to meet the target requirements by controlling the motion of the parallel adjusting mechanism, and the effectiveness of the structure compensation method is
