Research on working principle and realization mode of electronic controlled air dryer

In the automobile air brake system, the air compressor generates compressed air to supply the air brake system to achieve the specified control action. Because the compressed air contains moisture, small impurities and oil mist droplets, the pneumatic system of the vehicle is easy to be blocked by impurities. Small impurities, oil droplets and water in the compressed air not only pollute the pipeline of the gas brake system, but also corrode the components of the system, reducing the service life of the gas brake valve products. More seriously, when the pneumatic system is used in cold conditions, the moisture in the compressed air will condense in the channel, block the pipeline and block the action of components, resulting in system failure, reduce the reliability of the air brake system, resulting in accidents. Therefore, air dryers are usually set up in the compressed air system to remove the impurities including water, dust, oil droplets and so on. At present, the use of air dryer on the market is generally mechanical structure air dryer, air dryer exhaust unloading, molecular sieve regeneration and air dryer stop unloading, mainly through the relationship between spring force, air pressure and air pressure action area to achieve. In the process of use, due to the attenuation of the pressure regulating spring force, the performance of the air dryer changes, affecting the service life of the air dryer, resulting in complaints from users. In view of this, in view of the shortcomings of the existing technology, this paper proposes an electronic controlled air dryer, which can realize the functions of the mechanical air dryer through the solenoid valve. Its simple structure, miniaturization, lightweight, suitable for user needs. [2][4]
