The Sequence of Regulation Clearing Comparing to Energy and Zhejiang Practice

China has ambitiously started its electricity industry deregulation since 2015. The milestone of the revolution is the establishment of spot market by several pilot provinces. There is no exception in any of these provinces that regulation service is designed to get cleared in the spot market. This article discusses three clearing sequences of regulation service in the sport market from the prospective of how it coordinates with energy clearing process, and with Zhejiang’s regulation service market as an example, further explains how one of the sequence methodologies is implemented.
