IoT Enabled Smart Irrigation System for Mini Gardens

Watering and maintenance of plants become mandatory in our daily routine. Water is one of the sources that should not be wasted and at the mean time life of plants is also a matter of concern. Over watering might lead to rotting of plants. Hence a balance should be maintained between both to ensure good health of plants. A smart watering system has been designed which helps in automatic watering of plants based on the surrounding environmental conditions. A raspberry pi interfaced with soil moisture sensor and web API helps in automated watering of plants.
