A distributed coordinated charging strategy for electric vehicles based on event-triggered mechanism

This paper mainly investigates the problem of distributed charging coordination of electric vehicles (EVs), where the tradeoff between system-wide economic efficiency, distribution level limitation and EV battery degradation is considered. In order to effectively reduce the communication pressure, an event-triggered mechanism is used in the process of individual EV price transmission and updating. Based on the proposed event-triggered mechanism, a distributed electric vehicle charging coordination algorithm is constructed to minimize the system cost. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of proposed charging scheduling strategy.
