Demand-Side Resource Aggregation Value and Compensation Mechanism Design for New Energy Consumption

The development of new energy has brought many problems, and the consumption of new energy is particularly concerned. The demand-side resource aggregators promote the consumption of clean energy from the demand side, which is beneficial to the development of new energy and also makes an important contribution to the sustainable development of society. This paper first proposes a demand-side resource aggregation operation framework for clean energy consumption. Then this paper evaluates the value of the whole aggregation system from the aggregation subject value, market value and social value. On this basis, a user compensation mechanism of incentive demand response is developed: the compensation profit of transfer load comes from the difference between high and low price before and after transfer, while the compensation profit of peak load comes from the final clearing price and electric quantity. This compensation method can encourage users to actively participate in the aggregation response of absorbing new energy and realize the complementary and win-win situation between the demand-side resource aggregation response subjects and users.
