On behalf of the program committee, we would like to welcome you to attend the 14th IEEE International Conference on Internet of Things (iThings 2021). The IEEE iThings 2021 Conference was planned to be held in Melbourne, Australia, December 06-08, 2021. Given the COVID-19 pandemic and associated travel restrictions, as the safety of people is of the highest priority, the conference will be held virtually on December 06-08, 2021. iThings 2021, sponsored by the IEEE, IEEE Computer Society and IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC), is the 14th event of the successful iThings series. The previous events include iThings 2020 (Rhodes Island, Greece), iThings 2019 (Atlanta, USA), iThings 2018 (Halifax, Canada), iThings 2017 (Exeter, UK), iThings 2016 (Chengdu, China), iThings 2015 (Sydney, Australia), iThings 2014 (Taipei, Taiwan), iThings 2013 (Beijing, China), iThings 2012 (Besancon, France), and iThings 2011 (Dalian, China).
