Arduino Based Voice Controlled Delivery System (Robot)

Robotics is progressing and taking over human physical efforts in our daily routines in order to make life easier. In view of this, it makes sense that we as a country (Nigeria) should also be involved in the ever-evolving technological world. Technology presently controls most things in our life; from our mobile phones to our television and others. Technology also helps in a nation's economic development, lowering production costs, encouraging new business development, and improving communication. This project aimed at using Arduino as a microcontroller to control a robot with voice recognition using Bluetooth module. The project is an autonomous delivery system which can be used in an environment (e.g. offices, hospitals hotels or places without obstacles) for moving things around from one room to another, using your voice to control it and a camera to see where the robot is in real time. This would reduce human labor and make life easier most especially for disabled people who have difficulties moving around.
