Machine Learning for Healthcare: A Survey & its Algorithm for the Security of Medical Images

Recently Machine learning (ML) techniques shows a tremendous growth due to their superior achievements especially in the area of medical healthcare and has many applications like diagnosis and prediction of disease, tele surgery, monitoring of disease, medical image interpretation and segmentation, analysis of medical image etc. Due to the widespread application of ML, various security and privacy issues related to medical data comes into the picture. In this research paper we present a survey on ML and various applications of ML in healthcare. We also present few ML and DL techniques that gives the security and privacy of diagnostic images while transmitting in an open network. This paper closes with the current research problems for the security of the medical data, and promising challenges for future research directions.
