Feasibility analysis of digital creation of Chinese traditional freehand flower-and-bird painting

Freehand flower-and-bird painting is a Chinese traditional painting method that depicts objects in a concise and general way. With the rapid development of contemporary digital painting, painting types such as drawing, oil painting, gouache, watercolor painting, Chinese traditional landscape painting, traditional meticulous flower and bird painting, and Chinese figure painting have all begun to be simulated by digital art method, but Chinese big freehand flower and bird painting has never been imitated by digital art method. This article will take the works of two freehand flower-and-bird painting masters Huang Yongyu and Cui Ruzhuo as examples to analyze the feasibility of digital creation of freehand flower-and-bird paintings, and explore the feasible methods of digital creation of flower-and-bird paintings, hoping to provide theoretical support and methodological suggestions for the digital creation of Chinese traditional flower and bird paintings.
