Application analysis of three-dimensional real scene modeling of substation site based on UAV tilt photography

The advancement of three-dimensional (3D) digital forward design of power engineering needs the support of high-precision 3D real model. The 3D real scene modeling technology based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) tilt photogrammetry provides an effective means for realizing 3D visualization, digitization, intelligent reasonable planning, accurate design, cost saving and efficiency improvement of substation engineering. Taking a new urban substation project site as the research area, this paper introduces in detail the key technical process of data processing of tilt image data obtained by UAV aerial photography, and then generating the 3D measurable real scene model of substation site. The quality evaluation index of aerial triangulation which directly affects the accuracy of 3D model is analyzed. The results show that the quality of 3D model basically meets the accuracy requirements. In addition, it also introduces the application of 3D real scene model in substation site measurement, construction progress monitoring and multi-source data fusion, which provides reference for promoting the application of 3D real scene modeling technology in 3D digital design of power engineering
