Research and Design of Bundling Device Based on Destructive Innovation Theory

In the integrated silage equipment, the baling device occupies an important position. However, if only the baling device is needed to bale straw and other straw materials in the operation, the use of the integrated silage equipment not only occupies a larger space, but also is difficult to operate in areas with scattered land, thereby affecting the operation efficiency, and increasing the fuel consumption and operating costs. The above problems are analyzed by using the destructive innovation theory, and the dimension reduction design of the binding device is carried out. The problems encountered in the design process are solved by using the TRIZ problem solving tool, so as to put forward the design scheme of the portable binding device. Reducing the use cost of the baler and shortening the design cycle of the baler are of great significance to the production and manufacturing of the baler.
