Cloud Monitoring of Large Air-Floated Micro-Vibration Isolation Platform

In advanced scientific experiment systems such as gravitational wave detection astronomical observatory, environmental micro-vibration is a key factor that affects experimental accuracy. Large air-floated vibration isolation technology is used to effectively isolate micro-vibration. Advanced scientific experiment system has characteristics of long working time, high stability and high reliability, thus requirement of remote monitoring is put forward for large air-floated vibration isolation system. This paper proposes a cloud monitoring technology based on Internet of Things (IoT) for large air-floated vibration isolation system. An edge gateway is used to implement on-site data collection and wireless transmission, Alibaba Cloud is used as the core of data flow, and a mobile phone APP is developed to monitor the operation status of the vibration isolation system in real time. Remote, all-time monitoring and real-time response is realized for experimenters taking the advantages of cloud services. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method in guaranteeing the long-term stability of large advanced scientific experiment system.
