Research on the design of Reconfigurable Universal Automatic Test System

Because of the traditional general automatic test system, once the integration is completed, its structural form and the ability of testing will be cured unchanged, resulting in low test efficiency, poor system flexibility, low instrument utilization, and other problems, the design of reconfigurable general automatic test system is studied. On the hardware side, the modular combination box is designed to implement any stacking of the system structure, and the standard interface is defined to achieve electrical interconnection between the combined boxes. On the software side, the reconfigurable configuration of the system is realized by test station description, the model of test station description is analyzed, and the auxiliary development tool of test station description is designed. The validity and feasibility of the design are verified by applying it to the engineering practice.
