Research on Low Power Consumption Ultrasonic Gas Meter

Firstly, this paper introduces the necessity and urgency of the research on ultrasonic gas meter, in particular, it can solve the shortcomings of the existing membrane gas meter, such as low measurement accuracy, large volume, weak anti-interference, inconvenient operation and difficult to realize meter reading automation. Then the working principle of ultrasonic gas meter is described, that is, the method of measuring ultrasonic flight time difference is adopted. Then the key technology design and system composition of the gas meter, including gas channel design, power supply scheme and power consumption estimation, various hardware components and main software flow charts. Then the product is developed and the prototype product is provided. The gas meter has been used for a long time, and some meter dismantling tests have been carried out regularly. The test results have been statistically analyzed and processed, and good application results have been obtained. Finally, the gas meter is summarized, which shows that the gas has reached our research goal.
