Single OTRA-Based Multifunctional Filter Configuration

This paper presents a new single-input single-output (SISO) type voltage mode filter configuration that employ single operational transresistance amplifier (OTRA) and four admittances. The proposed configuration is capable of realizing second order low pass filter (LPF), high pass filter (HPF) and band pass filter (BPF) using different choices of branch admittances. The proposed filter responses have been verified through PSPICE simulations using CMOS OTRA implemented in 0.18μm TSMC technology and also validated using MATLAB evaluations.
