Boston Housing Price Forecast Based on HMM

Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is a stochastic process of hidden Markov chain, which plays an important role in pattern recognition. It has been successfully applied to many industries of classification or evaluation or prediction. House price prediction is a multi linear regression problem, which is suitable for the optimal path solution problem in HMM. Therefore, this paper tries to analyse the basic principles of housing price prediction and HMM, and introduces HMM into the field of house price prediction for the first time. In theory, a set of HMM based housing price prediction framework is constructed, which provides a guiding theoretical reference for relevant researchers.
