Laser Positioning Method of Intelligent Building Plastering Robot

When using an intelligent building plastering robot to plaster the indoor wall, in order to ensure the smoothness of the wall after plastering, the most important steps in the plastering process are navigation and precise positioning. However, the traditional slam positioning method is not only expensive, but also time-consuming, the most important thing is that the positioning accuracy can't meet the requirements of plastering robot. In response to the above problems, this article first uses a low-cost line laser rangefinder to complete the rough positioning, and then uses the two cameras at the tail of the robot to recognize the ground laser line to complete the precise positioning. The purpose is to ensure that the wiper surface is absolutely parallel to the wall surface. The thickness of the plastered mortar is absolutely uniform, so that the plastered wall remains absolutely flat instead of uneven thickness. Through the above steps, it only takes 138 minutes to complete the work on a 16 square meter house, which is about five times the efficiency of labor, the flatness error of adjacent walls can reach the level of ±0.3mm, much higher than the relevant national standards, which can meet actual engineering needs.
