Research on the Temperature Control and Crack Prevention of A one-hundred-meter-long Complex Slab Concrete under the Constraint of Diaphragm Wall

Due to the uneven temporal and spatial distribution of the temperature field and structural constraints, large-volume concrete structures are prone to structural cracks that endanger the safety and durability of the project at an early age. Aiming at a one-hundred-meter-long complex slab concrete structure under the constraint of the diaphragm wall, the temperature field and stress field of the foundation mass concrete structure poured in winter are simulated and analyzed under various conditions during the construction period. The calculation results show that the slab concrete cannot meet the anti-cracking requirements only through temperature control measures. And the maximum tensile stress can be reduced to below the tensile strength only by comprehensive temperature control measures and structural optimization or temperature control measures and expansive agent measures. The two optimal conditions and measures tried in this research can provide reference for similar projects.
