Editor-in-Chief’s Year-End Message: End-of-Term Report by the Outgoing Editor-in-Chief

Dear Readers, since my term as the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of the IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM) will come to an end by the end of this year, I would like to reflect on the last five years and briefly report the outstanding milestones TIM has achieved thanks to our focus on quality. But before that, let us first go through our traditional annual evaluation of TIM, starting with its quality metrics which continue to impress.
