Computer Intelligent Evaluation Model and Research on the Mathematical Impact of Hiring Decisions Using Big Data Technology

With the development of technology, the widespread application of robots and big data increasingly has an important impact on firm’s hiring decisions. This article aims to investigate the relationship between firms’ inflation expectations and employment decisions. Specifically, the main findings of this paper can be summarized as follows, first, the panel fixed effect model is used to study the relationship between corporate inflation expectations and corporate employment decisions, and it is found that inflation expectations is negatively connected with the employment; second, through the empirical study of the sample groups, it is found that changes in the size of employees of large enterprises and state-owned enterprises are more sensitive to inflation expectations. Moreover, we make a comprehensive discussion for the results which may benefits the central bank to guild inflation expectations.
