Design of Android-Based Motorcycle Security System Using Face Detection and GPS Tracking

The development of transportation equipment in this era is very rapidly developing. Currently, there are transportation equipment that moves in land, sea, and also in air. With the transportation equipment, it makes easier for people to travel from one place to another. The transportation equipment which moves in land is the most widely used of transportation equipment by community today. From several kinds of land transportation equipment, there are one which are called two-wheeled motorized vehicle or motorcycle. The more vehicle is being used, the greater the crime rate of theft increase for private vehicle, as well as for two-wheeled vehicle or motorcycle. There are many cases of motorcycle theft since due to the level of security for motorcycle that is still weak. In this article, will discuss about the design of android-based motorcycle security system using face detection and GPS Tracking to increase the security for people daily use.
