Numerical decomposition of the formed Airy beam in Hermite-Gaussian modes

The formation of an Airy beam in a finite domain is investigated, and the possibility of approximating the beam by Hermite-Gaussian modes is studied. It is demonstrated how the number of modes affects the quality of the approximation. The approximation of the beam at the center of the plot is much better than at the border.
