Human Resource Capacity of Quality Management Based on Digital Technologies

The development of the digital economy and digital technologies of quality management requires improving the training of quality specialists. The traditional path of a small change in the curriculum no longer provides the necessary level of qualification of graduates. There was a need to develop new training courses and specializations at the bachelor's and master's level. As an example, we can cite the new course “Quality Management based on digital technologies”, implemented at the Department “Quality Management” in MAI. Especially relevant is the introduction of digital technologies in the new curricula that are being prepared as part of the reorganization of the nomenclature of specialties and areas of training. This also applies to postgraduate studies, where the new nomenclature has already been approved and will be introduced next year. Within the framework of the new specialty 5.2.22, which includes the existing 05.02.22 (Production Organization) and 05.02.23 (Quality Management), digital technologies are included in the specialty passport.
