Methods for Formation of Recommendations for the Modernization of Production Process Based on Automated Analysis of its Digital Model

Digitalization of production and the transition to intelligent technologies for managing production processes are becoming key competitive advantages of modern enterprises. It is possible to understand how efficiently the enterprise as a whole functions and how rationally all its processes are organized by analyzing the digital model of the production process. Such model can be obtained fully or partly automatically depending on the current digitalization level. Analysis of the model can reveal “bottlenecks” of processes, insufficient integration of applied automated systems, inefficiency in the use of equipment and human resources etc. Based on the results of the analysis, as well as information about the constraints (time, financial, etc.) and the goals of the enterprise, recommendations for carrying out the modernization of production in the given conditions should be developed. This paper is devoted to the description of the approach to formalizing the rules for the formation of such recommendations.
