Brain Tumor Detection with Transfer Learning

The prime motive behind the proposed deep nueral network framework is to use MRI scans for the tumor detection. Three transfer learning based architectures VGG-16, Inception-v3 and Xception models are tried for the binary classification and accuracy is used to evaluate the performance.
