Methodology for Analysing the Technical and Economic Factors of Mechanisation in Aerodrome Construction

The paper is devoted to the development of methodology of technical and economic comparison of the newest concrete laying complexes in the construction of hard-type pavements on airfields. In particular, various means of mechanization of domestic and foreign manufacturers used in the construction of hard-type coatings are studied, their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The analysis of technical and economic parameters performed according to this method showed that it’s more feasible to use Gomaco GHP 2800 set for the construction of hard coverings on airfields in Russia, than Wirtgen SP 94 set. This conclusion is justified by the fact that the concrete paving kits with electro-hydraulic drives of Gomaco, have a better speed of concrete paving, despite their higher rental cost, which significantly minimizes the financial costs associated with the construction of facilities.
