Application of Assembly Project Based on BIM Technology

Relying on the assembly project - dormitory of BBMG, BIM is applied in the whole process of design, production and construction. It is found that BIM is mature in the design phase, and the software function of collision check and pipeline integration can find problems in advance, so as to reduce engineering changes. But BIM is insufficient in the production stage and construction stage. In the production stage, the information management system can issue commands to MES, but can not receive the feedback information from MES; Due to the low degree of standardization of prefabricated components, reinforcement around, poor accuracy and low adaptability of automation equipment, the degree of automation and informatization of the PC factory is low; In the construction stage, BIM software and equipment should be enriched to realize digital chemical land.
