The Influence of Different Drive Modes on the Performance of Scroll Compressors

Based on the thermodynamics of the variable mass system and the control volume method, the change law of the temperature in the working chamber of the scroll compressor in the actual working process is constructed. In order to reduce the whole machine and exhaust temperature of the direct-connected oil-free scroll compressor unit, the compressor is the connection with the drive motor is changed to a wheeled connection. After the modification is completed, the test found that: as the exhaust pressure increases, the speed of the wheeled compressor continues to decrease, and the exhaust flow of the wheeled compressor both are higher than the direct-connected compressor, the current and power of the drive motor of the wheeled compressor are higher than that of the direct-connected compressor, while the power of the drive motor of the direct-connected compressor is higher than that of the wheeled compressor.
