An Analysis of Incident Report Data for Emergence Dispatch

In nowadays, there are a lot of emergency dispatch request among public, for example 112, 119. Dispatching police officers or fire fighters to emergency sites starts from the receiving incident report for an event. Despite there are a few media used to get the reports, the receiving is mainly accomplished through wired of wireless phones. The incident reports created through the receiving process are included as a part of directive information delivered to field officers who will manage the events at sites. To achieve high performance at the event sites, sufficient information should be delivered to the site officer. When multiple reports exist for an incident, the report data may have different characteristics from the information of single report.
