A 0.9-20 GHz Image Rejection Receiver for Software-Defined Radios

This paper presents an image rejection based receiver design for software defined radios. It consists of a reconfigurable filter, a multistandard low-noise amplifier (LNA), I/Q down conversion mixers, and intermediate frequency amplifiers. The proposed receiver is targeted to 0.9-20GHz band. The receiver blocks are implemented in the 130nm process technology.
