Empirical Analysis on Financial Deterioration Forecast of Listed Companies Based on Cash Flow Perspective

In the late 1930s, foreign countries began to carry out relevant research on financial deterioration, but the relevant content in China was only carried out in the late 1990s. At present, the research on financial deterioration in China is only limited to the empirical model, among which the more important theoretical research on financial deterioration of listed enterprises is still quite blank. In China, the awareness of cash flow performance is introduced late, so most of the research is based on the traditional financial indicators. Even if researchers add a large number of cash flow indicators in the follow-up study, the effect of using only the indicators as research variables is very limited. For this reason, this paper hopes to draw lessons from previous research methods by using pure cash index as the research variable and analyzing it with more advanced software, so as to complete empirical analysis on the prediction of its financial deterioration from the perspective of contribution degree.
