In the information society, “internet plus elderly care” has been developing rapidly in the context of the increasingly serious population aging of China. Combining internet, internet of things, cloud computing, big data, the “smart elderly care” makes care services more convenient, personalized and humanized. So, it is possible to develop elderly care industry in urban-rural areas in light of “Internet plus” background to realize that the elderly can enjoy emergency assistance, commodity purchase, health management, medical treatment and other services in different areas.
