A New Removing Device of Bearing Seal Covers

During the maintenance of bearing, it is necessary to solve the disassembly problem of bearing seal covers. In order to improve the working efficiency, a new type of disassembly device of seal covers is designed, which includes three parts: disassembly device, compression device and electrical system. Using Verilog language programming, electrical control part is controlled by PLC. The ladder diagram is drawn by software Botu, and the logical diagram is built by QuartusI. Then the simulation analysis is did by ModelSim and get the waveform diagram. Finally, the Layout wiring diagram is obtained. It is proved that this kind of device can meet the needs of bearing disassembly and maintenance, and have certain application value.
