Development of the Basic Concepts of N.N. Moiseev and Yu.B. Hermeyer about Social Processes in Operational Game Scenario Modeling

Qualitative (descriptive) and accurate representations of N. N. Moiseev and Yu. B. Hermeyer about social processes is considered. The development of these ideas in the works of their followers is analyzed. The principles of the accurate description of social processes in the framework of one of the directions of development of ideas of the Hermeyer-Moiseev school, of the operational game scenario modeling are described.
