Transformations of Educational Technologies

Modern development of society takes place in an environment of dynamic changes, transformational challenges of global and local scale, which determine the multifaceted processes of development. Thus, Industry 4.0, which focuses on technical, technological, informational aspects, is being replaced by the concept of the future of 5.0, the main idea of which is the humanistic orientation of development in the digital information space. Education, as one of the basic components of social development, a priori on the one hand reflects the existing trends, and on the other - should ensure the formation of strategic innovation processes in all spheres of human activity. The purpose of the article is to justify the directions of formation of innovative educational space according to the model "Education 5.0" in the context of ensuring the quality of the educational program, in particular for the training of specialists for the Electrical and Energy System. Research methods are abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematization, analytical generalizations, foresight and forecasting of the implementation of the provisions of the concept of the future 5.0 in the educational environment. The results of the study: generalization of the main challenges and directions of their implementation in the educational process; presentation of the model of the quality assurance system of a higher education institution (HEI) taking into account the nine basic components; substantiation of the main directions of strategic changes in determining the trajectories of formation and implementation of educational programs, in particular for the training of specialists for the Electrical and Energy System. The proposed approach will ensure the creation of a system to increase the competitiveness of the educational program as a basic precondition for the formation of professionals taking into account the requirements and principles of society 5.0.
