Synthesis and Study of Derivatives Observer with Sliding Mode Control for Servo Drive

The structure of the information-measuring system has a decisive influence on the performance attributes of electric drives. In the presented study, the use of measured intermediate coordinates to improve the accuracy of the derivatives observer of the controlled coordinate is considered using example of a third-order system. The proposed structural solution provides an efficient implementation of optimal position control algorithms. The given examples of parametric synthesis for sliding mode control systems of an electric drive and an observer, demonstrate the simplicity of the mathematical apparatus of the N-i switching method.
