A Method for the Assessment of Power Controllability of an Electrohydraulic Complex

It is demonstrated that the electrohydraulic complex is a complex system of interconnected electromechanical and hydraulic equipment with low controllability of parameters in non-stationary modes. The estimation of controllability in the electrohydraulic complex should be based on the analysis of energy conversion processes in all links of the power channel when changing control, disturbing and setting influences is established. A method for assessing power controllability based on a harmonic analysis of power signals in the energy channel of an electromechanical complex is developed. The coefficient of power controllability based on determining the power rms values in the system in various dynamic modes is proposed. A comparative analysis of experimental researches and mathematical modeling to assess the power controllability of an electrohydraulic complex during the development of nonlinear processes in the pipeline network is carried out.
